page. BLF is a multi-purpose organization that specializes in
bookkeeping and tax preparation for individuals and small business. We also
provide training for self-starters. We are fully computerized and adhere to the

Tax returns are prepared by BLF during the spring months of
each year. ProFile
(formerly CANTAX) is the software used.
This enables all forms to be integrated which speeds up the
process and ensures accuracy. Returns can be carried
forward automatically every year so that all important
information is retained.
All accounting work is also automated using
Simply
Accounting and
QuickBooks.
Simply Accounting follows
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the
official practice of the accounting profession. This means
that the accounting cycle follows an established set of
procedures that ensures accuracy, leaves an audit trail and
produces a proper set of financial reports that provides you
and other interested parties with the financial information
you need.
